Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items ship within 5-7 business days.
Made to Order items ship within 3-4 weeks.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES:
international orders: order by December 3
domestic orders: order by December 15
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please note- customs taxes vary by country. The average customs tax for an order of $250USD is in the approximate range of $30-$60usd.
REFUSED PACKAGES: if a recipient refuses a package due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore is not eligible for a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges for items. All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

custom items cannot be returned or exchanged
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
